Pat says:

“Through studying Cognitive Hypnotherapy I understand what holds people back from being their true authentic selves and how to help them to remove those obstacles and limiting beliefs.

I work with women and men of all ages.  I cannot guarantee success, and no therapist should, but I can say that I will use the amazingly effective techniques that I have learned to achieve positive changes. Take a look at what my clients say about me in the testimonials they give me in the ‘How can I help you?’ pages

I will give you tools and strategies that you can use for the rest of your life.

I am proud to be a Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy who promote the highest professional standards through their members and I readily adhere to their code of ethics.

Hypnotherapy was recognised by the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Heath Council) in 2011, so if you are looking for a hypnotherapist, whether it’s me or someone else, please check the CNHC register for a qualified practitioner.

I am an experienced trainer and public speaker, so contact me if you would like me to give a talk to your group or networking event.”

Pat also sees clients at her clinics in Royston and Central London and she works with clients over Skype. Contact Pat for details.
