Stop Smoking

How motivated are you to give up smoking? On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is totally motivated, where would you put yourself?

If you want to work with me to use hypnotherapy to become smoke free, I want you to be at an 8 or above on the motivation scale. That will be the best indicator of your success.

So take a moment to think about it. What is motivating you to stop smoking now? Is it a health issue, or financial, or the way cigarettes make you smell? Is it to do with being a good role model for your children? Or are you concerned about the ageing affects of smoking?

I can help you to stop smoking if that is what you want, not what someone else wants for you.
