minute initial assessment session so that you can find out more about my approach and I can answer any questions you might have.
Once you have decided to go ahead there are three options that you can choose from, depending on what suits your circumstances. I can give you more details in the initial assessment.
Option 1: One-to-One Sessions
Face-to-face sessions are between 60-90 minutes in length. Following the first session I typically send you:
- a bespoke hypnotic recording
- guidance notes on techniques you have experienced
- any additional advice on issues we discuss
I also work 1-2-1 with clients worldwide over Zoom which is highly effective. If you are interested in this option I will arrange a free 30 minute session with you to discuss how that can work.
Every client is unique and I tailor the sessions according to your experience. Typically, I use a three-strand approach. The first strand is to teach my clients some self-help techniques so that you can feel confident that you have tools to deal with your symptoms. Secondly, I help you identify any triggers that give rise to your symptoms so that we can eliminate them. Thirdly, I use hypnotherapy to enable you to relax and take on positive messages about how you want your future to be without your issue.

Option 2: Therapy Packages
From my years of experience of working with clients I know that most issues require more that one session. So, I have put together packages of sessions for anxiety, stress, sleep, stopping smoking and hypnotic gastric band.
