Sleep
If you are not sleeping well you understand the impact of poor or interrupted sleep on your life. You may be feeling in low mood, no energy, foggy-brained and irritable.
Getting a good night’s sleep is important not just to rejuvenate and energise the body but also for a range of health issues, to aid memory and lift mood. It can even be important for weight control.
Sleep problems vary from being:
- unable to get to sleep,
- waking up frequently during the night,
- ruminating on worries
- waking up too early.
I often speak on this subject to women’s groups and organisations. When I ask the audience how many of them experience problems in this area nearly 90% of them put up their hands.
Here is what one client said:
‘I just wanted to let you know that since our session my sleeping has improved so much. I have gone from an average of 2 hours a night to around 8 hours a night. It has made so much difference to my energy at home and at work. Wonderful! CC London
